Second Spy Balloon Detected

Daily Report NEWS

A second spy balloon has been confirmed by the Pentagon. This one is floating over sensitive airspace in Latin America, so it’s not our problem. It does, however, completely shred the Chinese cover story that a weather station got blown off course by accident. Like when that second jet slammed into the Twin Towers, this pretty much proves they both were intentional. “This thing’s around 12 miles, and so you can see cat whiskers from that balloon if it’s instrumented correctly.”

Second spy balloon detected

Minister of State Antony Blinken used the Chinese spy mission as an excuse to cancel his scheduled confrontation with Xi Jinping in Beijing. Even before the second one was detected, he wasn’t falling for the cover story. “We’re confident this is a Chinese surveillance balloon.”

Some are calling it the modern version of Sputnik. A clear slap in the face message to the American public that we can be attacked at a moment’s notice. Also, “we are seeing reports of a balloon transiting Latin America,” Pentagon spokesperson Pat Ryder announced. “We now assess it is another Chinese surveillance balloon.”

The way Blinky put it during a press conference on Friday, floating spy cameras that can see a cat’s whiskers over our sensitive nuclear defense bases is “detrimental” to “discussions that officials planned to have during his visit.” We haven’t reached the stage of breaking off diplomatic negotiations, yet. That’s stage 5 of 6, just before “declare war” in the list of standard diplomatic options.

Blinky was quick to clarify, “that the U.S. and Communist China will continue to keep lines of communication open.” The standard option number one, do nothing, is totally out of the question. We already issued a statement “deploring” the balloon incursion. Right now, we’re at level three by “lodging an official protest.” The next escalation is “cut off aid.” We don’t give aid to Communist China directly, so that would mean more “sanctions.”

“Once we detected the balloon,” Blinken explained, Joe Biden’s minions “acted immediately to protect against the collection of sensitive information.” The cameras on board can easily read license plates, including those of military base personnel in the vicinity of sensitive defense installations. Blinky says he immediately reached out to the Communists to ask, what the bleep?

“We communicated with the PRC government directly through multiple channels about this issue. Members of my team consulted with our partners in other agencies, and in Congress. We also engaged our close allies and partners to inform them of the presence of the surveillance balloon in our airspace.”

Clear violation of sovereignty

Blinken named Director of the CCP Central Foreign Affairs Office Wang Yi as the person he shouted at, calling the spy balloon an “irresponsible act” and a “clear violation of U.S. sovereignty” and international law. While not breaking off negotiations completely, Blinky snarled he’ll visit Beijing, “when conditions allow.” This isn’t the first time for Blinken to Wang Chung with Wang Yi. They got into it real good last September.

He’s so rattled he’s actually talking like a deplorable nationalist, defending the idea that America still exists as a nation, not just a locality in the global government run from Brussels.

The Pentagon isn’t talking about the second balloon much and won’t even confirm where it’s been spotted. They do assure that it’s nowhere near the U.S., though. At the time of this writing, reports suggest the first spy capsule is finally scheduled to be shot down, in response to heavy Republican criticism.

They’re waiting for it to get over water. The endangered squirrels are now safe but the dolphins are on their own and better watch for falling debris.

Communist China is downplaying the whole thing. They continue to stick with the weather balloon story and as far as Blinken is concerned, let him throw a fit if he wants.

They weren’t planning much for him anyway and won’t even notice he’s not around. “In actuality, the U.S. and Communist China have never announced any visit, the U.S. making any such announcement is their own business.“
