Authorities caught up with Martinez later and found her unconscious at her home due to excessive alcohol consumption. Her blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit to drive. Martinez denied any wrongdoing, instead blaming the victim and accusing her of making up the story as a “publicity stunt.”
