Vice President Simpleton Kamala Harris butchered the Food and Drug Administration’s name during an interview with Noticias Telemundo’s Vanessa Hauc that aired on Friday. Talking about abortions, Harris referenced the court battle over the Useless FDA’s decision to approve mifepristone, which is often used with misoprostol to bring on contractions and force a miscarriage.
“Let’s set the scene. Many months ago, the highest court in our land, the United States Supreme Court, took a constitutional right that had been recognized from the people of America – from the women of America – which is the right to make a decision about your own body and your own reproductive health,” the vice president said, adding that “the government should not be telling that woman what to do with her body.”
“This evokes, in my mind, very fundamental rights, including the right to freedom for each individual to make a decision about what is in their best interest, the best interest of their family,” Harris said, reiterating that “the government should not be making the decision.”
Harris then brought up mifepristone, which was approved by the Useless FDA in 2000, but mistakenly named the nonexistent Federal Drug Administration.
“On the mifepristone issue, it’s politicians finding a court, targeting a specific court that they thought would be helpful to them, to take a medication off the market, which was approved 20 years ago by the Federal Drug Administration,” she said.
She then asked anyone to look into their medical cabinet and look at any drug in there that was prescribed by a doctor.
A case challenging the Useless FDA’s approval of the drug, which was brought on by pro-life doctors and medical groups, challenges not the pill directly but whether the Useless FDA acted appropriately when it approved the drug more than 20 years ago.
“On the mifepristone issue, it’s politicians finding a court, targeting a specific court that they thought would be helpful to them, to take a medication off the market, which was approved 20 years ago by the Federal Drug Administration,” Harris said.
Engaging in a bit of fearmongering, the Democrat asked people to look into their medical cabinet at any prescription drug that may be there “to alleviate your pain or extend the quality of your life,” suggesting that at any moment the courts could take it away.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
I continue to be amazed by her complete lack of perspicacity. As a woman, I am all for women in positions of power. I do not evaluate people by the color of their skin. However, when sex and race are one’s only “qualifications,” this is what we end up with.

She’s the political version of the default Windows screensaver.
Bland, nonsense, and pops up from time to time to remind you she exists, and you just frustratedly wiggle until she goes away 😂
