AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-Travis County EMS and Austin Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash in East Austin. One person has been pronounced deceased on the scene and the second person has been transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life threatening injuries.

This crash impacted two patients and both were declared with trauma alerts. As a result, the second patient who survived the crash was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center.
