Following the completion of his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Ramin Oskoui undertook a residency in orthopedic surgery at Emory University Hospital. He then completed an additional residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital before pursuing a fellowship in cardiology at Washington Hospital Center.
Dr. Oskoui has received accolades for his outstanding contributions in the medical field. He was recognized as the Physician of the Year by Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards for Physicians and Care Teams in 2015. He has also been a multiple-time recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award and has been acknowledged as a Top Doctor in the Washington, D.C. and Washington-Baltimore regions by Castle Connolly.
