According to the documents submitted in the court, Robert John Woolsey committed three offenses on Friday, May 26, 2023, when he was in a portable toilet on Walpole Avenue in Douglas. His attorney said during the bail that his client’s sister traveled to the Island for the hearing and she is ready to offer a £30,000  surety to the court. But the bail request was opposed by the prosecution High Bailiff Jayne Hughes who said if RJ Woolsey was released on bail he could fail to surrender to the court.
