Terrell Owens Car Accident

One of the best wide receivers in NFL history, Terrell Owens, was embroiled in an odd and terrifying situation on Monday night. Multiple sources state that during an altercation with another guy during a pickup basketball game, Owens was struck by a car in Calabasas, California. The former NFL player was hurt when the man allegedly crashed his car into Owens’ knee. The story was initially reported by TMZ Sports, which claims that Owens got into a verbal argument with a player while playing basketball in the Calabasas area. Following the game, the man and Owens got into a heated dispute. He then purposefully hit Owens’ leg with his car.

Although Owens did not need emergency medical assistance, he reported assault with a deadly weapon to the authorities. USA Today Sports was informed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that they are looking at the occurrence as an intentional act rather than an accident. As of Tuesday afternoon, no one had been taken into custody. In recent months, Owens has engaged in physical altercations before. This is not the first time. Owens was seen on camera hitting a man at a CVS parking lot in Inglewood, California, in November 2022. After the man followed him outside the business and harassed him and a fan inside, Owens said he acted in self-defence.
