After suffering a humiliating defeat in Chicago’s mayoral election, Lori Lightfoot blamed her stunning loss on “those tricksy hobbitses.” “They stole it from us!!” wailed Ms. Lightfoot. “Nasty, tricksy little hobbitses!!”
