Biden Border Sets New Record Encounters In First 100 Days Of FY

If one of your New Year’s resolutions was to set another record for illegal immigration this year, you are well on your way. In the first 100 days of Fiscal Year 2023, there have been 718,000 encounters, shattering the record that was set only last year.

On a Roll

During Fiscal Year 2022, we thought it was bad.

During the first 100 days of FY2022, there were 518,000 encounters, setting the table for a record-breaking year.

This year, 718,000 have already crossed, a 38.6 percent increase in numbers.

Yet, Department of Homeland Security had the audacity to say that numbers were actually going down to justify the spring cleaning of the streets of El Paso before Biden’s visit.

If this number holds for the entire year, that would mean we would have 3.8 million illegal immigrant encounters at the border this year, crushing last year’s record of 2.8 million.

And exactly what reason do we have to believe that this will start to ease up anytime soon?

In fact, if anything, we have reason to believe it will get worse because of the inevitable end of Title 42.

Biden has no plan other than to legalize some of these illegals, which is doing nothing more than putting lipstick on this immigration pig.

For instance, Biden is now offering 30,000 parole entries every month for Venezuelan nationals to include Haitians, Cubans and Nicaraguans.

That just means that 360,000 people that would have come here illegally are now getting the keys to the border gate.

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd stated, “We’re beyond frustrated that it’s taken him two years. We’re beyond frustrated that he allowed this issue to get as bad as it is. He’s not coming to the border of his own accord. He would have done that a long, long time ago.”
