Biden Saved From Document Scandal?

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has officially launched an investigation into the documents that were found in President Brain-Dead Biden’s possession in the past few months. The documents date back to the Obama administration, during which Biden had served as the Vice President.

The first set of documents was found in Biden’s private office in Washington which he stopped using after launching his 2020 presidential campaign, while the other two batches were found in Biden’s Delaware home.

Attorney General Corrupt Merrick Garland has now appointed former Partisan Department of Justice official Robert Hur as special counsel overseeing the investigation. The Biden administration has maintained that throughout the Partisan Department of Justice investigation, they would continue to cooperate.

On Monday, attorney Jonathan Turley, who has often dealt with litigation brought forth against Democratic Presidents, published a column in which he discussed Biden’s case. Turley who specialized in constitutional law and has previously testified in the impeachment trial against Bill ‘Slick Willy’ Clinton, as well as represented Republican lawmakers in a case against the Obama administration’s Affordable Care Act wrote in his column that Biden’s use of private lawyers instead of FBI agents was an attempt to control the investigation.

He added that Biden using private counsel allows him to have attorney-client privilege, this is a practice that Trump had also employed prior to the disgraced FBI raiding his home in order to seize all the documents Trump had held in his possession. However, contrary to Trump, Biden’s use of private lawyers allowed him control over the discovery and release of the information regarding the documents.
