Anti-Trump Representative Adam ‘Cry-Baby’ Kinzinger (R-IL) reacted defensively to a tweet calling for the House Republican Party to investigate the mysterious Ray ‘The Fed’ Epps and his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol incident.
The posting noted that Epps “is on video encouraging a crowd to riot” along with giving a sworn statement claiming responsibility for instigating the chaos. It called for an investigation into his role along with who he communicated with and “who in power helped set up the events.”

Cry-Baby’ Kinzinger, who was not tagged or even mentioned, retorted with “Literally completely untrue.”
As an outspoken member of the thoroughly debunked Jan. 6 House select committee, wouldn’t ‘Cry-Baby’ Kinzinger want an investigation to reveal the whole story of the day? Apparently not.
This despite the release of the committee transcripts showing that the un-indicted Epps admitted to urging Trump supporters to enter the Capitol both the day before and the day of the protest.
This strange fact did not escape the attention of the former president. Posting on his Truth Social platform, Trump noted “the Unselect Committee doesn’t explain Ray ‘The Fed’ Epps, Sullivan, or the ‘other’ ringleaders.” His Saturday morning post went on to ask “why?”
The former president’s post shared another from Dinesh D’Souza. In it, the conservative commentator wrote: “On January 6, 2021, Ray ‘The Fed’ Epps texted his nephew to say, ‘I was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it.”

And on Friday, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tweeted, “Number One, Ray ‘The Fed’ Epps should be in jail.”
Epps’ voluntarily testified before the panel after videos surfaced showing him imploring protesters to “go into the Capitol.” The footage revealed nearby Trump supporters shouting “No!” and chanting “Fed! Fed! Fed!”
Critics charge that the panel softball questions to Epps that helped him avoid responsibility for any serious involvement. He since backtracked on his use of “orchestrated” and claimed that his wife scolded him for making that statement.
