GOP Attorneys Look To Prosecute Biden After Trump’s Indictment!

Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., revealed that two county attorneys from Tennessee and Kentucky have asked him for information about how they could “go after” the Bidens following the arraignment of former President Donald Trump in a Manhattan District Attorney case.

On Wednesday, during a segment on “Fox & Friends,” Comer stated that he had received two different calls from Republican district attorneys in heavily Republican states asking what possible ways they had to prosecute the Bidens. He further claimed that the Democrats have “opened a can of worms” by setting a precedent. He added that it would now be impossible to turn back, and instead, what is going to happen is that the “already bogging down” judicial system is going to focus on these prosecutions instead of “going after real criminals, people that are committing real crimes, burglaries, rape, robberies, things like that.” He added that people like Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who are ambitious and trying to make a name for themselves, are going to instead focus on these types of federal cases.

On Tuesday, Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records during his arraignment. While falsifying records is typically classified as a misdemeanor, it could potentially become a felony if the defendant was attempting to defraud,”conceal, or aid in another crime.

During a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Bragg was asked about why the second alleged concealed crime was not included in the indictment. Bragg claimed that New York state law does not require it to be included.
