Sources close to the Prime Minister said he often takes a moment to smoke a Cuban cigar to help decompress after a long day of destroying civil liberties, freezing bank accounts of political enemies, and dressing like a dark-skinned Indian sultan. “The Prime Minister took the time to honor his father today.
