Recently, it was reported that the Constitutional Court has disapproved to overturn the SCA’s ruling that Jacob Zuma must return to prison. Let’s know if he will go back to jail via this article. On Thursday, in the ruling handed down, the apex court found the department’s appeal bore no reasonable prospect of success and dismissed the application with costs.
